Summer is officially here, it’s hot and you don’t want your yard to turn from luscious green to lifeless brown. To properly nourish and keep your grass healthy it’s best to water your lawn early in the morning a few times a week. During major hot streaks it’s good to be out there bright and early five to six days a week. Soak your yard between 5am – 6am. A good soak early in the morning prevents the grass from burning up in direct summer heat and makes your yard resistant to damages caused by drought conditions. As evening rolls around it’s best for your grass to be dry. This prevents several forms of harmful fungus from growing.
